Admission
- Design Science High School is an open enrollment school. Students may obtain an application by downloading our brochure, completing it and returning it to the address listed on the application . Applications are due by December 1st of each year. For example, for the 2008-09 school year, applications are due December 1st, 2007.
- Interested students should meet the following criteria:
- Have excellent attendance
- Maintain California Standards Test scores in the Basic or above range
- Maintain positive grades during their 7th and 8th grade year
- Have little or no dicipline issues
- Be able to commit to a 5-year program
- Be able to handle a college curriculum in the 3rd year
- DSHS accepts 65-70 students per year based on the Lottery process. There is no preference given to siblings.
